Acknowledgment Statement Notarisation

Verified acknowledgments confirming you signed willingly and knowingly.

Service overview

What this service covers

An acknowledgment certifies that the signer personally appeared before a commissioned Florida notary, was positively identified, and acknowledged signing the document freely. It is the most common notarial act for deeds, contracts, and property records.

What’s included

  • Valid photo ID verification
  • Florida-compliant notarial wording
  • Same-day and mobile appointments

Before the appointment

Arrive ready in three steps.

Valid identification

Bring an unexpired government-issued photo ID for each signer. Name details should reasonably match the document.

The complete document

Bring every page, including any notarial certificate or instructions supplied by the receiving organization.

Wait to sign

Unless you are certain the act is an acknowledgment, leave signatures and dates blank until the notary instructs you.

The receiving agency or document preparer should tell you which notarial act is required. A Florida notary cannot select legal documents, provide legal advice or determine whether a document will achieve your legal goal.
