Service overview
What this service covers
For countries outside the Hague Convention, documents must pass through the state, the U.S. Department of State, and the destination embassy. We manage the notarial and authentication steps end to end.
What’s included
- Non-Hague destinations
- State & federal authentication
- Embassy submission guidance
Before the appointment
Arrive ready in three steps.
Valid identification
Bring an unexpired government-issued photo ID for each signer. Name details should reasonably match the document.
The complete document
Bring every page, including any notarial certificate or instructions supplied by the receiving organization.
Wait to sign
Unless you are certain the act is an acknowledgment, leave signatures and dates blank until the notary instructs you.
The receiving agency or document preparer should tell you which notarial act is required. A Florida notary cannot select legal documents, provide legal advice or determine whether a document will achieve your legal goal.
