Service overview
What this service covers
A jurat requires you to sign in front of the notary and swear the contents are true. We administer the oath and attach the correct Florida jurat certificate.
What’s included
- Sign in notary's presence
- Oath administered
- Compliant jurat certificate
Before the appointment
Arrive ready in three steps.
Valid identification
Bring an unexpired government-issued photo ID for each signer. Name details should reasonably match the document.
The complete document
Bring every page, including any notarial certificate or instructions supplied by the receiving organization.
Wait to sign
Unless you are certain the act is an acknowledgment, leave signatures and dates blank until the notary instructs you.
The receiving agency or document preparer should tell you which notarial act is required. A Florida notary cannot select legal documents, provide legal advice or determine whether a document will achieve your legal goal.
